How much do you charge?That certainly gets to the point! Now to answer your question with a question. How much does peace of mind cost? The answer is my fees start at $50.00/hour, and they are fully tax deductible as tax preparation fees. There are no "extra" charges and I don't charge for the initial consultation.

Are you certified?Yes, I am a certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisor, and I have to re-certify yearly in each new iteration of the software. I am certified for QuickBooks® Pro, Point of Sale, Enterprise,and QuickBooks® Online.

What payroll options do you have?I have several options for payroll, it all depends on what you need: Starting at $75/ Month Full service payroll includes everything you need to pay your employees and or 1099 contractors from time tracking to Federal Tax filing. Starting at $50.00/ Month Intermediate Service includes time tracking and payroll tax reporting you just print the physical checks. Starting at $25.00/ Month Simple payroll service: You report the time and print the checks, I file the necessary taxes.

Do you have training classes available?Yes! I can help you with one-on-one training or training for your whole company. The hourly charge is $50.00 per hour plus a $30.00 per person materials fee. Please call for details.
